This letter is to inform you that we will be moving to a new office and merging with Slocum Dickson Medical Group in December 2025. In order to facilitate a smooth and secure transition of our equipment and patient records, our office will be closed from December 1st, 2025 to January 2nd, 2026.
We will reopen at our new location on January 5th, 2026.
Please plan ahead for any necessary prescription refills to ensure you have an adequate supply during our closure period. During the closure, we will not be seeing patients.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For non emergency needs, please seek medical attention at urgent care. If you have an appointment during this time, please call our new office to reschedule after January 5th, 2025. All appointments after January 5th will remain the same, but will be at our new location.
